went to elias mall twice ytd(:
randomly mummy & i saw the condo open house on OASIS @ Elias.
after for so long finally the open house was open but daddy was not free so went in there with my mummy to view.
guess what -.-
the 4 room condo cost 950k la! and its like so fucking small?!
$640 per square for sea view apartment at only 12, 13, 14 floor. i din know at our area here condo can built up to 18 storey o.o
i like the penthouse ^^ but because of my sister then cannot.
negotiate and chatted with the person and that crazy agent duno suddenly say what then ask us to put deposit down can already? then i was like huh so fast?
called daddy then he said quite cheap still he will go down and see whether he like anot.
eh but nice leh! even though its damn ex but the decoration was nice.
other then the master still gt junior master room with toilet and everything la. damn SUI lor =)
but then got disadvantage its 99 years and close to 1 million.
mummy say she rather buy terrace and its free hold.

so far my parents decision is that
if its HDB thn move to yishun.
if is condo either OASIS or LIVEA.
terrace i not sure. they haven go find&view yet.
if condo i dont mind BUT if is yishun i mind alot! SO FUCKING FAR.
imagine i have to travel how far just to meet up with people and stuff.
better is that they dont find any house they like and dont move(:
oh ya, for both trip to elias saw xinyi and felicia.
